BD is seeking an Associate Director, International Business for Growth Markets to drive profitable growth across CASA, LATAM, and META regions. You will develop international growth strategies, align with regional leaders, and collaborate with global platform teams on NPD launches and marketing support.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in global/regional medical device roles, strong leadership, and ability to work across time zones.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree; MBA preferred.
At least 5 years of commercial experience in global or regional roles in the medical device industry.
Proven track record of launching new products.
Experience working cross-functionally across multiple time zones.

Responsabilités

Develop the international strategy for high-growth markets, prioritization of investments, and supports tactical execution in-region.
Partners with regional leaders for alignment and execution of strategic priorities.
Partners with the global platform team to ensure cross-functional support of NPD releases and marketing.
Execute key strategic initiatives including targeting, positioning, value proposition, and pricing governance.
Maintain close communication with regional leaders, countries, and platform product marketers; ensure cross-functional execution across regulatory, quality, and supply chain.
