Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Growth & Marketing Lead, Integration (Director) to drive the global GTM and marketing integration program. You will coordinate across Brand & Marketing, Creative, Sales & Marketing Collateral, Proposal Services, and Marketing Operations to deliver a unified integration plan, manage risks, and report to senior leadership.

You will partner with the Customer Platforms Leader, CRM resources, and IMO to sequence initiatives, align milestones, and ensure successful transition

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Technology, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in GTM strategy, marketing ops, business integration, M&A or related leadership.
• Experience leading multi-workstream integrations in a global, matrixed org.
• Strong GTM marketing experience linking brand, creative, sales enablement, CRM and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable owner for global platform-firm integration across GTM and marketing.
• Lead and align integration capability leads across multiple workstreams and ensure clear accountability.
• Partner with CRM integration resources to align milestones, data requirements, and go-live decisions.
• Translate priorities into executable, phased integration plans with defined outcomes.
• Leverage the Marketing Operations integration team for program management and reporting.
• Build the cross-workstream operating rhythm with planning, reviews, and leadership readouts.
• Identify gaps, capacity constraints, risks, and translate issues into options and actions.
• Manage integration activities within capacity and governance channels.
• Oversee budgets, forecasts, actuals, and variances with Finance and IMO.
• Maintain enterprise-wide GTM tech landscape and ensure transition implications are captured.
• Establish and improve integration playbooks, governance standards, and scalable approaches.
• Prepare executive materials and drive clean BAU handoff across workstreams.
