Job summary

Grant Thornton is seeking a Growth & Marketing Lead, Integration (Director) to drive end-to-end integration across GTM and marketing for global platform firms. This role reports to the Global GTM Operations & Modernization Director and coordinates with the IMO to translate priorities into structured execution plans.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure seamless transition from integration to BAU, while maintaining an enterprise-wide view of risks,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of go-to-market strategy, marketing operations, business integration, M&A execution, transformation, or related leadership roles within professional services or B2B environments.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, multi-workstream integrations or transformations and coordinating specialized functional teams within a global, matrixed organization.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and present complex issues clearly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single accountable owner and strategic coordinator for global platform-firm integration across GTM and marketing.
• Lead and align the GTM and marketing integration capability leads across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with CRM integration resources to align milestones, data requirements, and go-live decisions.
• Translate priorities into executable, phased integration plans with clear outcomes and handoffs.
• Oversee integration budgets, forecasts, actuals, and governance reporting with Finance and the IMO.
• Maintain an integrated view of scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and BAU handoffs.
