Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Director, Integration Enablement to lead the Global Integration Management Office and build scalable integration capabilities across acquisitions. The role partners with senior leaders to develop governance, reporting, tools, templates, and playbooks to reduce risk and improve outcomes.

The position requires 10+ years in M&A integration or related disciplines, design of enterprise governance, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or related field.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience designing enterprise governance, reporting, and operating frameworks.
Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously enhance the firm's integration methodology and operating model.
Develop and maintain integration playbooks, tools, templates, standards, and best practices.
Create repeatable processes that improve consistency and reduce execution risk across transactions.
Capture lessons learned from integrations and institutionalize them into future practices.
Own the IMO reporting framework, dashboards, scorecards, and executive communications.
Develop KPIs and performance metrics to track integration success while partnering with value realization.
