Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks a Director, Integration Enablement to lead the Global Integration Management Office. You will design and continuously improve the integration methodology, governance, reporting, and playbooks to support the firm's M&A strategy across the portfolio.

You will partner with senior leaders, manage cross-functional programs, develop executive reporting, KPIs, and enable scalable integration capabilities that drive value realization and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in M&A integration, transformation, PMO leadership, consulting, or related disciplines.
• Experience designing enterprise governance, reporting, and operating frameworks.
• Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience developing executive reporting and presenting to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and continuously enhance the firm's integration methodology and operating model.
• Develop and maintain integration playbooks, tools, templates, standards, and best practices.
• Create repeatable processes that improve consistency and reduce execution risk across transactions.
• Capture lessons learned from integrations and institutionalize them into future practices.
