Rocket Software is seeking a Vice President of Growth Marketing to lead its global growth marketing organization in the United States. This AI-forward leadership role will drive strategic direction, align Marketing with Sales, Solutions and Product, and accelerate pipeline, opportunities, and revenue across enterprise software markets.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience with senior leadership
• Experience leading global growth, demand, revenue or integrated marketing organizations
• Deep understanding of complex enterprise buying decisions and ABM
• Proven ability to set GTM strategy and lead cross-functional growth initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Product, and Revenue Operations
• Experience guiding ABM leaders and partnering with Sales at the executive level
• Ability to influence enterprise buyers and senior stakeholders
• Experience applying AI in marketing across analytics, personalization, and cross-functional coordination
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, globally distributed organizations through senior leaders

Responsibilities

• Define global growth marketing strategy with clear pipeline, bookings, expansion and revenue outcomes.
• Lead a large global organization spanning ABM, analytics, performance and marketing tech.
• Provide strategic guidance to leaders and focus resources on high-value opportunities.
• Oversee an integrated growth operating model with accountability and metrics.
• Advise executives on market opportunities, buyer behavior and GTM investments.
• Develop strong functional leadership and collaborative global teams.
• Position Growth Marketing as a core revenue engine with repeatable go-to-market plays.
• Sponsor cross-functional initiatives to remove barriers and accelerate growth.
• Lead AI-forward marketing initiatives and integrate AI into GTM workflows.
• Provide strategic oversight of insights, analytics, and MarTech investments.
