Dot2Shape is a global Digital Product Design + Development Partner for startups, SaaS, and enterprises seeking rapid product delivery. We are seeking a Growth Lead to accelerate international expansion across the US, EU, and GCC markets.

You will drive client relationships and position our services to founders and tech teams. You will sell end-to-end product solutions, build an international pipeline, and shape growth strategy with cross-functional colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience selling design or development services in international markets.
• Strong proposal writing and communication skills.
• Familiar with APIs, web stacks, and agile/sprints.
• Experience working with international clients and multi-market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Sell end-to-end product services (Design + Dev).
• Pitch complete product roadmaps to clients.
• Expand Dot2Shape’s presence in US, EU, and GCC markets.
• Build and manage an international sales pipeline.
• Develop growth strategy and outbound execution.
• Foster partnerships and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
