Dot2Shape is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the technical vision and manage all aspects of the development stack. The role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and leadership to drive innovative projects from concept to execution.

The ideal candidate combines hands-on development with architectural thinking, can lead multiple projects, and thrives in a design-driven agency environment that focuses on user-centered product design and global eCommerce experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building large-scale software applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science required.
• Analytical mindset for translating business requirements into code.
• Collaborate with product and backend teams to refine requirements.
• Focus on functionality, performance, and maintainability.
• Write reusable, modular, and clean code.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive, high-performance web applications using modern frontend frameworks (React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js).
• Develop and integrate backend APIs and microservices using Node.js, NestJS, or Django.
• Build and maintain mobile apps using React Native or Flutter.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect experiences.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and development practices.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines.
