Job summary

Ceres Environmental Services in Sarasota, FL seeks a Global Managing Director, Growth to drive enterprise revenue development, capture strategy, and long‑term client value across global entities. You will lead the execution layer of growth, ensuring pipeline health, win rates, and disciplined forecastability in partnership with senior leaders.

Expect direct accountability for contract awards, pricing strategy, and Go/No Go decisions, while aligning operations, estimating, and finance to deliver

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in revenue growth, capture strategy and contract execution, including leadership at the enterprise level.
• Deep expertise in public sector procurement across federal, state, and local government contracting environments.
• Proven ability to lead through senior functional leaders and drive cross‑functional alignment to win and execute complex outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise revenue growth targets, win rates, and pipeline health; drive pricing and contract negotiations.
• Set capture/proposal strategy and align business development, client services, and sales to executable wins.
• Lead and mentor Directors/Managers, establish KPIs, and ensure disciplined execution across growth functions.
