Job summary

Scientific Safety Alliance seeks a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to drive the company from $20M to $100M EBITDA. You’ll report to the CEO and lead a 10-person finance team on Oracle NetSuite.

In this high-growth, multi-site environment, you’ll own FP&A, balance sheet optimization, and systems. The role demands strategic vision, strong accounting, and a track record of value creation in acquisitive settings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the CFO seat (required).
• International, multi-site roll-up experience (preferred).
• Investment banking or private equity background (a plus).
• Experience building a finance function and team.
• Command of accounting, tax, modeling, and leverage.
• Credible with the CEO, a branch GM, and a service technician.

Responsibilities

• Lead a 10-person finance team on a fully integrated Oracle NetSuite platform.
• Operationalize financial data for business leaders into actionable P&L and BS insights.
• Run cash, working capital, debt, and covenants as value creation levers.
• Oversee financial diligence and unify new acquisitions onto one COA.
