Index Search Group seeks a Chief Financial Officer to lead its global finance organization and partner with the CEO, Board, and private equity sponsor. Build and run a world-class FP&A, accounting, and reporting function; modernize systems and establish a disciplined operating rhythm to support growth and acquisitions.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in finance, CFO/VP Finance in PE-backed firms, and deep experience with M&A, multi-entity operations, and ERP upgrades.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of overall career experience.
• 15+ years of progressive finance and accounting at operator level.
• Prior CFO or VP Finance in PE-backed company.
• Proven experience partnering with PE sponsor and Board of Directors.
• Experience leading global, multi-entity, multi-currency finance orgs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global finance organization and FP&A
• Strengthen financial reporting, controls and operating rhythm
• Oversee ERP modernization and financial systems improvements
• Drive value creation planning, capital allocation, and lender relationships
• Lead M&A integration and scale while maintaining financial discipline
• Develop finance leaders and succession depth
