GrowthWise Search Partners seeks a strategic Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance and accounting functions, partnering with the President and CEO on strategy, growth planning, capital needs and major business decisions – you are the finance engine that will drive scaling and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience leading finance in manufacturing environments and strong cost accounting knowledge.
• Direct collaboration with investors, banks, and executive leadership.
• Executive presence with strong financial communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with M&A transactions and playing a key role in deal processes.
• Availability to work 100% in the Sacramento office.

Responsibilities

• Represent the company with investors, banking partners and other financial stakeholders.
• Lead investor relations, capital strategy, cash flow, liquidity and financing activities.
• Oversee manufacturing finance, including cost accounting, inventory, margins and profitability.
• Strengthen internal controls, internal audit practices, segregation of duties and financial governance.
• Lead financial reporting and clearly communicate performance, risks and opportunities to leadership.
• Evaluate financial systems, processes and team structure to support scale.
• Lead, mentor and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, pro forma statements and long-range planning.
