The role will also support acquisition integration by establishing consistent financial controls and reporting across sites.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a complex manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of plant-level economics. They should be able to translate operational fundamentals into actionable financial insights, oversee process and system enhancements as the company scales, and help ensure that integration efforts are reflected in financial reporting and ongoing performance management.
