Job summary

HX Expeditions is seeking a Groups Specialist to deliver outstanding support to Travel Agent partners, managing group bookings from quotation to departure. The role emphasizes accuracy, commercial awareness and a guest-centric mindset in a fast-paced, global environment.

You will collaborate with Revenue Management and Sales to create group quotations, coordinate cabins, flights, hotels, and transfers, and maintain flawless booking records and communications across regions.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage group bookings from quotation through to departure.
• Create and maintain group quotations with Revenue Management and Sales teams.
• Coordinate all aspects of group bookings (guest info, cabin, flights, hotels, transfers, excursions).
• Enter, update and maintain booking information in company systems.
• Prepare and distribute invoices and travel documentation.
