RateHawk is seeking a dynamic Group Reservation Manager to oversee all aspects of group bookings for our B2B partners, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to final itinerary.

You will coordinate hotels, transport and activities for groups, negotiate with vendors, and create customized itineraries while maintaining high service standards. This remote role offers global travel opportunities and collaboration with leading corporate clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in group travel management or travel concierge/TMC/DMC roles.
• Knowledge of hotels and destinations worldwide.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in travel management software and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage group reservations promptly and accurately.
• Coordinate hotels, transport, and activities for groups.
• Negotiate with hotels and service providers for favorable terms.
• Create customized itineraries aligned with client budgets.
