Job summary

Emerging Travel Group is seeking a dynamic Group Reservation Manager to oversee all group bookings for B2B partners. You will coordinate travel logistics, negotiate with suppliers, and craft tailored itineraries that meet client budgets and preferences.

The role emphasizes strong organizational and communication skills, experience in group travel or related sectors, and the ability to handle large volumes of information while delivering seamless service across international destinations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in group travel management, concierge agency, TMC, DMC or tour operator companies.
• Knowledge of the bases of hotels in Russian Federation and popular destinations.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of travel-related regulations and compliance.
• Proficient in travel management software and tools.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Language Skills: English at Upper-Intermediate level (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Booking Management: Process group reservations promptly and accurately. Searching and booking of group accommodation options, additional services, according to the request.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences.
• Travel Coordination: Receiving and processing requests for booking hotels, other accommodation facilities, transport services, excursions around the world for groups.
• Vendor Management: Negotiate and manage relationships with hotels, and other service providers to secure favorable rates and terms.
• Itinerary Creation: Create customized travel itineraries that align with clients’ interests and budgets.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any group booking issues or client complaints promptly. Partner support in all cases arising from the completed booking (cancellation, changes, relocation, etc.)
