Job summary

Danfoss is launching a two-year Graduate Program designed to develop future leaders through three 8-month rotations across Engineering, Sales and Operations & Supply Chain. Starting in 2027, rotations begin in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark, with opportunities to work in the USA, Asia or Europe as you grow.

You’ll join cross-functional teams, own project initiatives, and gain a comprehensive view of how global business, innovation and sustainability connect at Danfoss.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Engineering or related field with graduation in 2026 or 2027.
• Recently graduated with up to two years of full-time work experience after graduation.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Enjoy learning, exploring new ideas and improving processes.
• Experience from internship or student project.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects across functions like Engineering, Sales or Operations & Supply Chain.
• Collaborate and implement solutions with mentors and peers from around the world.
• Analyze problems and translate findings into practical improvements.
• Learn fast, challenge the status quo and shape the future of Danfoss.
