Danfoss Drives in Loves Park, IL, invites engineers to join its Engineering Sales Development Program (May 2027 Cohort). You'll rotate through sales disciplines, from inside sales to account management, while applying an engineering mindset to connect technology with customer needs.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related).
Growth mindset and curiosity about challenges as opportunities.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Genuine interest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation.
Willingness to travel/relocate during rotations.

Responsibilities

Develop a foundation in sales strategy and programs across rotations.
Support customers by understanding needs and delivering tailored Danfoss solutions.
Develop and execute account strategies with experienced teams.
Analyze market trends and insights to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate tech into value.
Grow leadership and communication skills through workshops and mentoring.
