Danfoss Drives is launching a Sales Development Program in the United States to connect engineering mindset with customer needs, drive energy efficiency and electrification, and prepare you for future sales leadership roles.

You will rotate through Sales, Inside Sales, Account Management and more, gaining exposure to multiple verticals from data centers to heavy industry while building a strong network and commercial acumen.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related).
• Growth mindset; curiosity, adaptability and eagerness to learn.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Interest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation; prior industrial sales/automation experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel and relocate during rotations.
