What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop a strong foundation in sales strategy, our technology and programs though our Sales rotational programacross various disciplines such as DLS, Inside Sales, Account Management and more.
• Support customers by working with leaders to understand their needs and create tailored Danfoss solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Develop and execute account strategies, working alongside experienced sales teams to win new opportunities and strengthen partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — from engineering to marketing to turn technical expertise into commercial success.
• Grow your leadership and communication skills through structured workshops, mentoring, and feedback-driven learning experiences.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or a related field).
• Growth mindset — you're curious, adaptable, and see challenges as opportunities to learn.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence others.
• Genuine interest in sales, technology, and sustainable innovation.
• Previous experience in industrial sales, automation controls, or engineering firms preferred.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $70,000- $85,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
