Job description

The Impact You'll Make

Join our two-year Global Finance Graduate Program and become part of a team that turns ideas into real impact. You’ll work as an integrated part of our Finance organization, helping translate Danfoss’ strategic priorities into business decisions. You’ll gain practical insights into accounting processes and financial compliance, as well as key areas of Business Controlling, including Sales Controlling, R&D Controlling, and Segment/Division and Plant Controlling. Along the way, you’ll see how Finance contributes to shaping and executing strategy across our global business.

From day one, you’ll be part of our finance team, take on meaningful challenges, bring your perspective to complex problems and help create smarter and more sustainable solutions.

How the Program Works

Starting 1 September 2027 you’ll complete three 8-month rotations, each designed to build the broad financial toolbox and business understanding needed for a career in Finance. The rotations follow a structured pathway to ensure exposure to essential Finance disciplines, rather than being individually selected.

Your journey starts at our headquarters in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark and continues in regions such as the USA, Asia or Europe, depending on the program’s rotation plan.

You’ll work in cross-functional teams, both at our headquarters and close to operations on our production floors. Finance at Danfoss is embedded throughout the business, including our factories, giving you firsthand insight into how financial decisions support performance, innovation and sustainability.

After completing the program, you’ll be well prepared to explore future opportunities at Danfoss, with the potential to move into a permanent role that fits your strengths, ambitions and business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Solving real business challenges across the Finance functions in both our business and corporate functions.
  • Collaborate with experts and peers from all over the world.
  • Lead projects that make tangible improvements in performance and sustainability.
  • Bring curiosity, creativity, and energy - your ideas matter.
  • Learn fast, challenge the status quo and shape the future of Danfoss.
What We're Looking For
  • Have completed or on track to complete, a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
  • Recently graduated, with a maximum of two years of full-time professional work experience after graduation.
  • Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
  • Enjoy learning, exploring new ideas and improving how things work.
  • Work well across cultures and value inclusion, teamwork and respect.
  • Have experience from an internship or student project.
