Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of geospatial technologies and GIS applications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers adopt and see value in Planet products.
• Provide low-touch onboarding and training.
• Deliver timely support for successful service delivery.
• Communicate with clients throughout the contract life-cycle.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, Sales and other teams.
