Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Business Development Specialist to lead GTM for Models on Bedrock within the Worldwide GenAI GTM team. You will collaborate across sales, marketing, product, and partner functions to expand model access and drive adoption for AWS Bedrock.

You will shape GTM strategy, build scalable programs, work with partners, and influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback and market insights.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and coordinating releases.
• Proven ability to influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM for Models on Bedrock, coordinating sales, marketing, partner, product and services teams.
• Collaborate with foundation model partners to drive GTM motions.
• Develop field enablement and sales strategy using domain expertise in GenAI.
• Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
• Provide market feedback to product teams to inform roadmaps.
• Own reporting cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
• Represent AWS at industry events with thought leadership.
