Job summary

Amazon is seeking a GenAI GTM specialist to lead go-to-market strategy for Bedrock Models, expanding model choice and access for customers across startups to enterprises. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across AWS to drive adoption, build scalable programs, and shape the product roadmap with customer feedback.

The role demands strategic leadership, market development acumen and strong collaboration with partners to accelerate GTM initiatives and co-sell motions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead Models on Bedrock GTM to orchestrate sales motions for sales, marketing, partner, product, training, and professional services teams to accelerate adoption of Amazon Bedrock.
• Work closely with foundation model partners to drive GTM motions.
• Leverage your deep domain expertise to create best in class field enablement and sales strategy.
• Support field teams in solution building for high priority customers.
• Bring market signals back to product teams to drive innovation on AWS product roadmaps.
• Own reporting and planning cadences to AWS executives on GTM plan execution.
• Demonstrate thought leadership and be able to credibly represent AWS at industry events, conferences, symposiums, etc.
