The Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Senior Manager shapes engineering capabilities for GCC design, responding to market demand and delivering scalable product and platform solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation, with 3+ years in engineering or Industry X, and 2+ years building engineering

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience with Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology and business teams.
• Minimum 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations, product engineering teams, and global delivery centers within GCC environments, establishing operating models and delivery frameworks.
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven engineering insights to improve innovation and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements, bringing deep expertise in product and platform engineering and delivery models.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models that align with target operating models and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for high-quality, efficient operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs impacting HQ and accelerating digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
