Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading and delivering cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations, product engineering teams, and global delivery centers within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights to improve innovation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and operating models.
• Define engineering strategies with solution teams and stakeholders; design scalable delivery models aligned to operating models and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance to enable high-quality, efficient GCC operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ leveraging engineering capabilities to accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
