Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Principal Director to shape engineering capabilities for GCC setups and client opportunities. You will guide engineering strategies, partner with solution teams, and drive scalable product and platform delivery models to meet business objectives.

This role requires deep expertise in engineering governance, operating models, and transformation programs, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
Minimum of 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, including cross-functional programs.
Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers in GCC environments.
Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to improve innovation and delivery.

Responsibilities

Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering.
Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned to target operating models and business objectives.
Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for efficient operations.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ to accelerate digital innovation.
Travel up to 50% as required.
