• 12+ years in GCC strategy, org design, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
• 3+ years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation.
• 2+ years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers in GCC.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to improve innovation, speed, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating models and business goals.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks in the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs to accelerate digital innovation and value creation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
