Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Principal Director to shape engineering capabilities for GCC setup and client opportunities. You will drive scalable product and platform delivery models, partner with solution teams, and guide engineering governance and transformation initiatives.

You will lead cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams, with a focus on innovation-driven delivery and high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation including leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and scaling engineering organizations and GCC delivery centers, establishing operating models and delivery excellence.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights to improve innovation and delivery speed.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering, software delivery, and operating models.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable delivery models, and recommend approaches aligned with target operating models and business goals.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks within the GCC to enable high-quality, scalable engineering operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ that accelerate digital innovation and broader business goals.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
