Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience focusing on GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• 3+ years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation leading cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and delivery of GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with target operating models and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for efficient GCC operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
