Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years in engineering or Industry X transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with product/platform delivery expertise.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with operating goals.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for GCC.
