Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Principal Director to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup in the United States. You will drive scalable product and platform delivery models and align engineering strategies with business objectives.

In this role you will lead cross-functional teams, establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks, and collaborate with executives to accelerate digital transformation and innovation

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, including leading complex cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience building and scaling engineering organizations, product engineering teams, and global delivery centers within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights to improve innovation and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements at headquarters, bringing deep expertise in product engineering, platform engineering, software delivery, and engineering operating models.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable product/platform delivery models, and recommend approaches aligning with target operating models and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance enabling high-quality, efficient operations within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ, ensuring capabilities support broader transformation goals and accelerate digital innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% as required.
