Job summary

The role emphasizes cross-functional leadership, cloud-native practices, DevOps, and data-driven insights to accelerate digital transformation and product development.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• At least 3 years leading engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation programs.
• Minimum 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers in GCC environments.
• At least 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape engineering capabilities to enable GCC design and setup.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and innovation-led capabilities.
• Lead enterprise transformation programs with impact at HQ and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
