The role requires 8+ years in GCC-related strategy and at least 2 years building engineering organizations, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience in GCC strategy and large-scale transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation.
• Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven engineering insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape GCC design and setup and respond to market demand.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ.
• Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
