Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and scaling engineering organizations and GCC delivery centers with operating models and delivery excellence.
Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights to improve innovation and delivery.

Responsibilities

Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements with deep engineering expertise.
Define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and align with target operating model goals.
Help establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance within the GCC.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs and accelerate digital innovation across HQ initiatives.
Ability to travel up to 50% is required.
