Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced leader to shape engineering capabilities for its Global Capability Center. You will drive strategy, platform delivery models, and governance to enable scalable engineering operations and enterprise transformation.

Ideal candidates will have extensive GCC experience, strong cross-functional leadership, and a track record of leveraging AI-enabled tooling to accelerate innovation and delivery speed, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience, with significant GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years of engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 2 years of building and scaling engineering organizations within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and the delivery of GCC setup engagements with deep engineering expertise.
• Define engineering strategies, design scalable product/platform delivery models, and align with operating objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for GCC operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs and accelerate digital innovation.
