Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced GCC Engineering Lead/Principal Director to shape engineering capabilities for the Global Capability Center. You will define engineering strategies, design scalable product and platform delivery models, and drive enterprise transformation across HQ engagements.

Responsibilities include partnering with solution teams and stakeholders, establishing modern practices, governance, and delivery frameworks to enable high-quality, efficient engineering operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, organization design, and large-scale transformation.
• Minimum of 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation, leading cross-functional programs.
• Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers within GCC environments.
• Minimum of 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep engineering expertise.
• Define engineering strategies and delivery models aligned with target operating model and business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance for efficient operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs to accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
