Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Principal Director in San Diego to shape engineering capabilities supporting GCC design and setup. You will provide engineering expertise across client opportunities, driving scalable, future-ready product and platform delivery models.

You will work with solution teams and stakeholders to define strategies, establish modern engineering practices, and contribute to enterprise transformation initiatives that accelerate innovation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, org design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• 3+ years leading engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation programs.
• 2+ years building and scaling GCC engineering organizations, including operating models and delivery excellence.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with expertise in product/platform engineering and delivery models.
• Define engineering strategies with solution teams and stakeholders to align with operating model and business goals.
• Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, governance for scalable GCC operations.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs and accelerate digital innovation.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
