Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Engineering Lead/Senior Manager to shape GCC design and setup, guiding engineering capabilities across client opportunities and responding to market demand. You will define strategies, delivery models, and governance to enable scalable product and platform engineering across the GCC.

The role requires building modern engineering practices and leading cross-functional teams, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years' relevant experience with GCC strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale transformation including software development.
Minimum of 3 years leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
Minimum of 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers within GCC environments.

Responsibilities

Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep product and platform engineering expertise.
Define engineering strategies, scalable delivery models, and governance aligned with target operating models.
Establish modern engineering practices, delivery frameworks, and governance to enable scalable operations within the GCC.
Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ to accelerate digital innovation.
Travel up to 50% may be required.
