Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Manager to shape and run engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup. You will guide product and platform engineering, delivery models, and governance in partnership with solution teams and client stakeholders.

Lead modern engineering practices across the organization, drive high-quality and scalable operations, and contribute to enterprise transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Global Capability Center strategy, organization design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation including software development and engineering for products and platforms.
• 2+ years of experience in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation with cross-functional leadership.
• 1+ year using AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, developer productivity platforms, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Support client origination, sales, and GCC setup engagements with deep expertise in product and platform engineering and engineering operating models.
• Define engineering strategies with solution teams and stakeholders, design scalable delivery models aligned to operating objectives.
• Help establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs at HQ to accelerate digital innovation.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
