Job summary

First Soft Solutions LLC seeks a Sales Leader for Global Capability Centers (GCC/GIC) & Enterprise Transformation to drive growth across GCC advisory, transformation, BOT, and managed services. You will identify large global enterprise opportunities, build trusted C-suite relationships, and shape complex engagements for multi-year, multi-million-dollar value.

The ideal candidate has 15–20+ years in enterprise sales or consulting, with strong GCC/GIC, global delivery, and technology

Qualifications

15–20+ years in enterprise sales, consulting, or business development.
7–10 years of direct GCC/GIC, global delivery, BOT, transformation experience.
Proven track record closing multi-year engagements and multi-million-dollar deals.
Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or comparably large multinational organizations.

Responsibilities

Own and execute the go-to-market strategy for GCC/GIC advisory, transformation, BOT, managed services, and related offerings.
Identify, qualify, develop, and close opportunities with large global enterprises.
Build and manage a predictable pipeline of GCC and transformation opportunities.
Lead executive engagements from discovery through solution design, negotiation, and closure.
Develop account strategies across North America and other key markets; drive multi-million-dollar deals.
