Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Senior Manager to shape GCC engineering capabilities, define strategies, and drive scalable delivery models across major client engagements. Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in GCC strategy, organization design and large-scale business transformation including software development for products and platforms.
• Minimum 3 years in engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, product development, or Industry X transformation with cross-functional leadership.
• Minimum 2 years building and scaling engineering organizations, delivery centers, and GCC operating models.
• Minimum 1 year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools, intelligent automation, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup across client opportunities.
• Define engineering strategies and scalable delivery models aligned with business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks within the GCC.
• Contribute to enterprise transformation programs to accelerate digital innovation and value.
• Travel up to 50% is required.
