Job summary

Accenture is seeking an Americas Support Lead for the Global Capability Center Sales Engine. You will develop high-quality pursuit content, apply GCC knowledge to strengthen win themes, coordinate across the deal team, and support orals with materials and visuals.

You will contribute to reusable assets and track pursuit activity across the Americas market. The role requires 5+ years in consulting sales or delivery and 2+ years with GCC/GBS operating models, plus a Bachelor’s degree or

• Strong written communication and proposal development skills to produce polished client-ready content.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams under tight timelines and integrate quickly into pursuit teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality pursuit content across sections (solution narrative, GCC modules, case examples, executive summaries).
• Apply GCC domain knowledge to strengthen win themes and reflect Accenture's value proposition.
• Coordinate across deal team, track progress and keep deliverables on schedule.
• Support orals preparation with speaker materials, Q&A frameworks, and visuals.
• Contribute to reusable GCC sales assets within the Americas market.
• Track pursuit activity and provide observations for win/loss analysis.
