Accenture is seeking a Global Capability Center Engineering Lead/Senior Manager to shape engineering capabilities for GCC design and setup. The role focuses on defining strategic engineering approaches, scalable platforms, and governance to deliver value across client opportunities.

You will collaborate with solution teams and client stakeholders to drive transformation, establish operating models for scalable delivery, and lead high-impact initiatives with strong executive influence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in GCC strategy, org design, operating models, and large-scale business transformation.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional programs across engineering, operations, technology, and business teams.
• 2+ years building and scaling engineering organizations and global delivery centers within GCC environments.
• 1+ year leveraging AI-enabled engineering tools and data-driven insights to improve delivery speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Shape GCC design and setup by defining engineering strategies and scalable delivery models.
• Collaborate with solution teams and stakeholders to align engineering approaches with business objectives.
• Establish modern engineering practices, governance, and delivery frameworks within the GCC.
• Support enterprise transformation programs to accelerate digital innovation and value creation.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
