Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to help clients reimagine operating models across finance, HR, IT, procurement and supply chain. You will lead engagements with C-suite stakeholders, design GBS strategies, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value.

You’ll contribute to go-to-market efforts, develop sector-focused offerings, and mentor talent while shaping high-impact programs for diverse industries, including technology, manufacturing and health care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and ~8 years of related work experience; or master's degree and ~7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in finance transformation, ERP implementations, or outsourcing advisory is preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs and managing engagement economics.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational clients focusing on GBS strategy and operating model design.
• Guide cross-functional teams, interact with executive stakeholders, and drive delivery of transformation projects.
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings, contribute to proposals, and mentor team members.
