Job summary

EY is seeking a Global Business Services Senior Manager to shape client operating models across finance, HR, procurement, and technology. You will lead engagements with global clients, guiding cross-functional teams and partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver GBS transformation and continuous improvement.

You will also contribute to go-to-market strategy, thought leadership, and talent development while shaping practice offerings across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and approximately 8 years of related work experience; or a master's degree and approximately 7 years of related work experience.
• Experience in advisory services in finance functions, including operating model design, performance management, shared services, outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale Finance Transformation and ERP implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements across domestic and multinational companies focused on GBS strategy, operating model design, transformation, and performance improvement.
• Guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with C-suite stakeholders, and bring deep expertise across shared services, outsourcing, and digital capabilities.
• Develop sector-specific GBS offerings and reusable transformation assets; contribute to proposals and market-facing initiatives.
