Qualifications

• 8 years of advisory experience in the finance function with design or outsourcing focus.
• Experience with finance operating models, performance management, shared services, or outsourcing advisory.
• Experience leading large-scale finance transformations and ERP implementations preferred.
• Experience leading teams and managing engagement economics and business development.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements and guide executive-level interactions across GBS programs.
• Sell, deliver, and manage GBS transformation projects across processes.
• Develop future-state process architectures, governance, and service catalogs.
• Mentor teams and contribute to strategy, proposals and thought leadership.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and global client stakeholders.
