Job summary

Amazon is seeking a high-impact engineer to design and deliver world-class fulfillment centers and logistics systems across North America and Europe. You will own multiple projects from concept to design approval and serve as the primary technical contact for suppliers.

After design completion, you will coordinate with Ops Engineering for installation and commissioning. You will work on green-field, brown-field, and retrofit projects in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with top engineers

Qualifications

5+ years of design & innovation, research & development work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a foreign equivalent.
Experience with design & innovation and research & development.
Experience in management of engineering design projects.
Experience using business or technical software like MS Excel, MS Project, and CAD software.

Responsibilities

Design fulfillment centers, cross-dock facilities, and other facilities across North America and Europe.
Own multiple projects from concept to design approval.
Be the primary technical contact for suppliers on projects and ensure successful handoff to Ops Engineering for installation and commissioning.
Lead template-based and custom-designed projects, including green-field, brown-field, and retrofits.
Collaborate with internal/external teams to deliver high quality, cost-effective solutions.
