• Own the design of physical fulfillment and logistics systems globally, including site layout, equipment specification, material flow, and process design.
• Innovate with automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, robotics, and mechatronics across numerous facilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver high quality, cost effective solutions on tight timelines.
• Lead multiple high visibility projects and influence stakeholders, contractors, and partners.
• Provide technical leadership for large-scale engineering projects.
• Lead ergonomic design improvements leveraging digital human modeling results.
• Develop standard work documentation across building types.
