Job summary

Formlabs in Boston seeks a Fulfillment Coordinator to ensure smooth order processing and delivery. You will monitor regional order flows, coordinate with 3PLs, and resolve shipping issues to keep printers moving from dock to customer.

This role requires a Bachelor's in Supply Chain or related field, experience with Shopify, NetSuite, and WMS, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Understanding of order-to-cash and warehouse ops.
• Experience with Shopify, NetSuite, or similar WMS.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor regional order flows daily across Shopify, NetSuite, and 3PL.
• Resolve order exceptions to prevent delays.
• Coordinate daily carrier pickups with FedEx, UPS, DHL.
• Perform weekly inventory reconciliation.
• Provide real-time order updates to success teams.
• Audit outbound packing and labeling for compliance.
• Identify aging orders and escalate bottlenecks.
• Support regional returns and reverse logistics.
• Resolve sync errors within 24 hours.
